Castor Oil - First Special Grade (FSG)
Premium refined castor oil from selected seeds — cleaned, dehulled, mechanically pressed, then degummed, neutralised, bleached and filtered. Clear, pale yellow, low acidity, suited to pharma, cosmetics, food-grade and industrial use.
Castor Oil - Pale Pressed Grade (PPG)
High-quality cold-pressed castor oil, filtered and mildly refined to preserve natural characteristics. Light pale-yellow, low acidity, minimal odor — preferred for industrial and specialty applications requiring high purity and consistent quality.
Hydrogenated Castor Oil (HCO)
Also known as Castor Wax. A high-purity, stabilised derivative of castor oil — a hard, off-white flake with excellent thermal stability used as a thickener, emollient and lubricant.
12-Hydroxy Stearic Acid (12-HSA)
A high-performance fatty acid derivative of castor oil. Used as a gelling, thickening and lubricating agent — especially as the key thickener in lithium and calcium greases.
Dehydrated Castor Oil (DCO)
A semi-drying oil produced by controlled dehydration of castor oil. Used as a cost-effective alternative to tung oil in surface coatings, alkyd resins and varnishes.
Methyl 12-HSA
Methyl 12-Hydroxy Stearate (Methyl 12-HSA) — a high-purity castor oil ester used as a lubricant additive, emollient and specialty intermediate for industrial, cosmetic and bio-lubricant formulations. Detailed specifications available on request.
Ricinoleic Acid
The primary fatty acid of castor oil (~90%), obtained by controlled hydrolysis and purification. Used in soaps, surfactants, coatings and as an intermediate for Sebacic Acid, Undecylenic Acid and Nylon 11.
